Household Gas Cooker that have knob to turn on, turn off gas must used with Low Pressure Regulator which may have safety button or guage or timer. For general Low Pressure Regulator is looks like UFO (Flat and round).

Low pressure regulator is used with gas rice cooker.

The opening should be at least 72 cm high because a 15-kg PTT tank or a Worldgas tank is 66 cm tall.  The extra 6 centimeters is needed to "tilt" the tank into place.  The width of the opening should be 40 cm.  The depth of the opening should be 40cm. This is to accommodate the tank which is 34 cm in diameter.  That leaves a clearance of 3 cm on either side and behind

If you want to place other gas tank size, you can estimate the opening tall by gas tank tall + 6 cm. at least.
